NEW DELHI: In a major initiative to end the impasse over the Uttar Pradesh Congress unit’s demand for dismissal of the Mulayam Singh Yadav Government, the Prime Minister, P.V. Narasimha Rao, last week interacted with the Congress leaders from the state’s hill areas and had a separate meeting with the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) chief. N. D.
