S.Dilbagh Singh migrated in 1968 from India. He is a very successful farmer and has 1200 acres of land. He is very religious and is the chairman of the Tierra Bueno Gurdwara managing committee. He is also President of the Akali Dal.
He is very active and has been associated with Dharam Yudh Morcha and World Sikh Organization.
