Once again the pupet Indian Government has connived with their Russian masters to wage a war against the innocent Sikhs in Punjab.
U.S..S.R. has vast natural resources but due to severe and harsh climatic conditions it is very difficult and expensive to exploit these resources, Due to these natural hardships and limitations the Soviet Union has been consistently facing food shortage and they have to depend on other countries to fulfill their need for food grains to feed their population, The Soviet Union is well aware of their volner ability and dependency ’for food ‘on other Nations particularly the United States of America. They have a burning desire to solve this problem by capturing’ the most fertile and productive land of the entire Punjab (East and West). The occupation of Afghanistan ‘was the first step to achieve this objective, The Russians have already started encroaching on the sovereign territory of Pakistan from the Afghanistan side.
One of the major hurdles which the Russians are experiencing in achieving this objective is the existence of Sikhs in a region they plan to capture. The Sikhs are God fearing religious people who like to live in peace and harmony with other communities. They are also known for their bravery and belief for individual freedom and human rights.
Since early 1981, the Russians through their puppet Indian Government has started waging war against the Sikhs. For three years Russians paid agents to carry out a systematic and sophisticated plan to create disturbance and unrest in the Punjab. The Government controlled media blamed the innocent ‘Sikhs for all the violence. In June, 1984, the then Prime Minister, at the directions of the Russians suspended all civil rights, imposed a complete censorship on independent and foreign news media, completely cut off Punjab from rest of the World and started a military attack against the innocent Sikhs, their own citizens. The brutal and biased Indian Army— attacked over 40 Sikh Religious Shrines, killed thousands of innocent children, women and senior citizens. The wounded were denied treatment. Since June, 1984, Indian Army has been constantly arresting Sikh Youth and later on killing them by staging false encounters. Inspite of their all out efforts to completely finish the Sikhs in that region they have not been able to achieve the desired goal.
Once again the Indian Government has created the conditions similar to June, 1984, to finish the Sikhs in Punjab to please their Russian masters, This time the Russian plan is to use the Indian ‘Army not only to eliminate the ‘Sikhs but also to attack Pakistan to complete their objectives.
I appeal to all the International Human| Organizations and independent media to send) their representative to Punjab to see and Report the facts.
I also urge my fellow American Citizens to raise our voice for the freedom of Sikhs in Punjab. If ‘we let the Russians succeed in their mission, it will be a tragic loss to the free world and great victory of the evil regime, My friends Now it is time to speak and stand for the values for which our great nation stands for.
