AMRITSAR: The Akali Dal (Mann) and the All-India Sikh Students Federation (Manjit) condemned the killing of 15 factory officers in Sangrur district on March 14.
In a joint statement here, the general secretaries of the Akali Dal (Mann) said the AISSF (Manjit), Ram Singh and Harminder Singh Gill, said the kiting of innocents would not help solve the Punjab problem.
The statement, however, said that such killings normally took place whenever security forces indulged in “fake encounters” and “harassment” of the Sikh youth.
