JALANDHAR: Kuldeep Singh Wadala, Vice-president, Akali Dal (Badal), has said that party stands for azad Sikh raj in which Sikhs have the freedom to choose the government.
Stating this in a chat with newsmen here recently, Wadala, however, clarified that cooperation of all Punjabis would be sought to choose the government with freedom.
Wadala referring to the undeclared ban imposed on the March 14 rally here said that it was banned as it was aimed at exposing the state government and its anti-Punjab actions.
He said the party would continue its peaceful struggle for the glory of Punjab, Punjabis and Punjabi at. A shaheedi conference at the village of Shaheed e Azam Bhagat Singh would be held as scheduled.
Wadala said dharnas would be Organized in district courts on March 31 against the ban on the March 14 rally.
