AMRITSAR: The Judicial enquiry ordered by the District Magistrate Amritsar has held CRPF responsible for the guilty of murder of Mr. Harpal Singh a conductor of Pepsu Roadways in the firing case at ASR on July 24, 1987. The Judicial Magistrate, Mr, HS, Pawar Additional Deputy Commissioner Amritsar held that the firing by CRPF was excessive without any provocations and with no reasons. It is recalled that after an altercation between CRPF and the staff of Pepsu Roadways lens the CRPE opened a fire which Killed conductor of the lens, Mr, Harpal Singh.
