JAMMU: Two gunmen shot dead a veteran Communist party of India (CPI) leader and a renowned Urdu literature Abdul Sattar Ranjoor in his house in village Kaigam near Shopian town in Jammu and Kashmir Friday night.
An official spokesman said two gunmen entered the house of Ranjoor and shot him dead.
Ranjoor was 73.
