ISLAMABAD (PTI):Mir Murtaza Bhutto, brother of prime minister Benazir Bhutto, has won his first le- gal battle against the government when the Sindh high court granted him bail in a case of alleged sedition and anti-state activities.
The points considered by the court for his release on bail were that he was not an absconder and was already out of Pakistan when the case was registered.
