CHANDIGARH: The Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed the Punjab government to get Raman Kumar, who was allegedly kept in illegal custody by the criminal investigation agency (CIA) wing of the police at Nabha, for 10 days, examined by three doctor of PGI and provide treatment at state expense. Delivering the interim order, Justice K.K, Shrivastva observed that Raman Kumar was not able to sit because of injuries, allegedly sustained during police custody.
