NEW DELHI: Indias premier news agency, Press Trust of India, has been accused by the Federation of P.T.I. Employees Union of large scale corruption, The federation at a meeting here recently, formed an action committee which demanded the removal of top managers from their posts. These managers are G.S. Kundapur, general manager, M.K.Razdan, joint general manager, K.S Jolly, deputy general manager and Sushil Bali, manager, Chandigarh bureau. The employee’s allegations include illegal tapping of P.T.I.s stocks can service by senior managers to make money for themselves. G.S. Kundapur commented that the employee’s allegations were being looked into.

He charged the employees with using the allegations to put pressure on the management to get their demands accepted. Bali reportedly thrice declined promotion so that he should stick to the Chandigarh post which presumably gives him greater kickbacks.
