HYDERABAD: The All India Millie Council is accusing the center of aiding and encouraging the fascist forces which are “out to sabotage the democratic and secular character of our republic and to convert India into a Nazi-type state based on Brahmanical supremacy and subjugation of all others.” Maulana Mujhahidul-Isiam Qasimi, said the council would work on various fronts to see that such fascist and anti-democratic and anti-constitutional forces do not get encouragement or come to power.
Describing the Milli Council as a common unified platform of Indian Muslims, the Maulana said on the one hand the council would coordinate between various efforts of the Muslims in every field for their economic, educational and social emancipation and on the other create a public opinion against the fascist ends to inculcate fraternal relationship between various religious and cultural en- lilies of the country.
If 20 crore Indian Muslims re- main educationally economically and socially backward, it would create serious social crisis for the country, he warmed.
