The Panthic Committee (Dr Sohan Singh) issued a congratulatory proclamation on the 6th anniversary of World Sikh News. The services being rendered by WSN for the Sikh cause were commendable, it said. It mentioned that the role played by WSN in upholding Sikh principles and ideology were appreciated.
The role of WSN in the defense of S Sukhminder Singh Sandhu and S Ranjit Singh Gill was also praised.
The Panthic Committee appealed to the Sikhs of America to strengthen WSN.
