NEW DELHI: A contingency plan for midterm polls was discussed at a meeting of state Congress (I) presidents here Tuesday. The informal exercise was undertaken in view of the extraordinary political situation existing in the country, party general secretary, H.K.L. Bhagat, told reporters.
