This is to inform you that Col. Partap Singh the President of the Khalsa Raj Party and the author of “Khalistan the only solution” was finally released on bail on Oct.14 after six months and 11 days of detention in Burail jail. Though in satisfactory health he has lost a lot of weight and was feeling a little weak. He was arrested on April 31992 was tortured for a week by the CBI and later remanded to judicial custody. The judge had reserved his judgment for a month before releasing the Col.
