Clinton tells U.N. it must be more Selective in sending troops

NEW YORK: President Clinton “said on Monday that the United Nations needs to ask “hard questions” before sending peacekeeping forces to more world trouble “spots and must recognize that it “cannot become engaged in every one of the world’s conflicts.”
