NEW DELHI: New U S Ambassador William Clark presented his credentials to the president R Venkataraman referred to the relations between India and USA based on the sharing of democratic ideals and values and said, “we look forward to the continuing participation of the US as an important partner in our national endeavor to provide a better quality of life for our people”.
