BOMBAY: The celebrated music director of yesteryears, Chitragupta, died here Jan 14, family sources said. He was 73. Chitragupta was admitted to Bombay hospital two days ago for treatment of a cerebral problem. He died after suffering a massive heart attack, the sources said.
He is survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters, He composed 200) songs for Hindi films.
