This Sikh Foundation is celebrating the 3rd Annual Sikh Children’s Day in the world renowned Sikh Gurdwara of Los Angeles at 1966 N, Vermont Blvd, On July 27, 1996 from 9am to 5 pm, This day 18 celebrated in the memory of Ujjal didar Singh who was an Amritdhari Sikh and a good mode! Boy, the program is for the children and by the children. It features Competitions in Kirtan, Lectures, and Recitation of Gurbani by heart, Turban tying, Tabla, Kavita and recognition of Academic Achieve ment Tisa unique program, the children ages 520 participate from all over USA and Canada. Many of the children have been preparing for the competition for many months. Excellent arrangement for the visiting competitors is offered.
