NEW DELHI: Noted Indian Lawyer Ram Jethmalani charged the director of enforcement directo Tate with ordering a probe against opposition Janata Dal party leader V P Singh and his son Ajeya Singh, on concocted charges of having foreign bank accounts.
In a letter to the director, which was released to the press, Jethmalani claimed that independent investigations within and outside the country and unrevealed that your allegations are a pure concoction and are being assiduously circulated to malign political opponents.
Jethmalani asked the director 11 questions and said “evidence can be offered that these documents “(about alleged foreign accounts) were planted.
