CHANDIGARH: The union territory Administration has decided to organize Chandigarh Carnival1995 from November 10 t0 13.
This was announced by the Advisor to the Chandigarh Administrator, Vinod Duggal, after presiding over the annual general meeting of the Chandigarh Camival Society held at Government Museum and Art Galery last week. ‘The meeting decided that during the carnival various competitions should be held for school and college students.
Competitions of dance, music and fashion show will start from the last week of October.
