NEW DELHI, (PTI) The Tibetan women’s association (TWA) said any final solution to the Sino Indian border dispute lay in the restoration of Tibet to Tibetans.
In a statement here, the association’s acting president Pema Dechen asked the Indian government to discontinue its talks with Chinese vice-Premier Wu Xuegian currently in Delhi.
