Sardar Rabinder Singh Bhamra has been serving the Sikh community in the greater New York area for the last 18 years. During the week of October 5, he visited DFW Metropolis area to attend a management conference. A reception was held in his honor at the residence of Dr. Harbans Lal and he was invited to address a meeting of the Sikh Study Circle. He briefly visited the Gurdwara Sri Gum Singh Sabha which was recently installed in its newly constructed building. On October 5, 1989 he addressed the Dallas San gat at the Sikh Temple of North Texas in Garland. Sardar Sahib in his speech stressed the need for the ‘Sikhs in all parts of USA to string then links with each other. He offered assistance of the New York ‘Sangat in providing any literature and/or speakers to visit Dallas ‘Sangat.
