NEW DELHI: It should be possible for a new government that takes over in the third week of June to present the regular union budget for 1991-92 by the third week of July.
This was stated by Indias finance minister Yashwant Sinha at his press briefing Thursday in reply to a question whether the new government would have enough time to present the budget.
