NEW DELHI: Bodo trials of Assam warned India that if its proposals, to be tabled at the eighth round of tripartite talks here did not meet their aspirations, the Bodos would begin “a vigorous mass movement”.

Addressing a press conference here, Mr Sansuma Khungur leader of the Bodo delegation at the talks, said “if the central government’s proposals meets our aspirations and gives us the night to self-administration, only then we will accept the proposals”.
