DEENDAYAL PURAM (PTI) “The bjp will launch a week-long, nationwide anti-union budget programme from March 26 10 protest against this year’s anti people and anti-saving budget, party president murli’ Manohar joshi said, here on march 15.

Speaking on the concluding day ‘of the three-day party national ‘executive meeting, joshi said the budget for 1992-93 was a cruel joke on the people living below the poverty line, He said the protest movement would make people aware of the great fraud on parliament and them (the people) joshi said

“The executive could not discuss in detail the economic policy in the present meeting since to chaturvedi, former comptroller ‘and auditor general of India fell ill ‘and he was in the five-member Committee headed by party vice president k r malkani ,he said the party’s economic draft would Be Grafted and finalised shortly and circulated to all state party units for discussions before the party’s rational council meeting scheduled in Baroda next month, he said. ‘The executive discussed in detail the Dunkel proposals and suggested that the government should renegotiate them as they were not acceptable in totality.

Rajasthan chief minister bhairon Singh shekhawat did not attend the meeting though no reason was given for his absence.
