AMRITSAR, Punjab, India: Bhai Mohkam Singh, the spokesman of Damdami Taksal was again arrested by the police when a magistrate discharged him from the charges made against him by the police. So far, the police has not disclosed of the new charges under which Bhai Mohkam Singh has been arrested.
Mr. Manmohan Singh, the Secretary of the Unified Akali Dal has condemned the re arrest of Bhai Mohkam Singh without any charges. This re arrest clearly proves the hollowness of the so called democratic and constitutional. Laws in the State.
