MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica : Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh was brandior immigration official aid Saturday.

The ouster was the second for the cult leader, who once described himself as “the rich man’s guru,” since he began a seven nation odyssey after agreeing to leave the United States for five years as part of a plea bargain involving immigration-fraud charges last fall.

The Jamaican official, who spoke on condition he not be identified, said the guru left late Friday after the government declared him “undesirable” and ordered him to leave.

The official said he believed Rajneesh would put himself in violation of his agreement to remain out of the country for five years, which was a condition of the deal he made to avoid jail on the immigration charges.

The guru arrived in the resort area of Montego Bay Thursday from Uruguay, which he left as his 90-day visa expired.
