LONDON: Jagmohan Dalmiya, secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), is among the six persons identified by BBC’s research wing as the *most powerful people’ in the world of sport.

BBC is conducting a series of programs featuring the top six sports administrators in the world today. According to sources here, the other five luminaries are; International Football Federation president Joao Have Lange, International Amateur Athletic Federation president Primo Nebiolo, boxing promoter Don King, top race horse owner Mohammad Ali Maktoum of Dubai and Mark McCormack of the International Management Group (IMG). NEW DELHI: Three influential organizations of the Indian film industry decided not to employ Pakistani nationals because no Indian actors, musicians or writers were employed by the Pakistani film world.

A joint committee of the Indian Filmmakers Combine, Federation of Western India Cine Employees and Association of Motion Picture and TV Program Producers said in 4 resolutions that none of their members would employ Pakistanis.
