CHANDIGARH: Bhai Talwinder Singh has been stripped of all positions in the Babbar Khalsa International and the Sikhs have been asked to have no truck with him. According to a Press release issued on behalf of the B.K.I. by its Press Secretary Bhai Kulwaint Singh the organization recently discussed at length the role of Bhai Talwinder Singh and unanimously decided to sack him for violating the principles and norms of the B.KI The B.K.I. leaders took note of Bhai Talwinder Singh’s return to India and his acceptance of Bhai Sukhdev Singh as head of the organization as well as his own position as deputy chief and his return to foreign countries and issuing misleading statements there. The B.K.I explained that no individual had christened the name of the organization nor was it following in any body’s footsteps. This organization had been formed in accordance with the ideals of Guru Granth Sahib to fight oppression. It is being run in accordance with the guru’s ideals. The B.K.I accepts historic decision on “Raag Mala.” There is No restriction on the path of Raag Mala. The B.K.I criticized certain arbitrary announcements made by Bhai Talwinder Singh to viz that he was the Jathedar of B.K.I of that he had founded it. Also Bhai Talwinder Singh never objected to the leadership of Bhai Sukhdev Singh but was now talking in a different tone. He considers term or two in jail as the highest form of sacrifice when thousands of Sikhs have given their everything including their lives to the Sikh cause. The Sikhs have in ample measure rewarded Bhai Tal winder Singh for his contribution. Sikhs have immense faith in the leadership of Bhai Sukhdev Singh. The organization takes all decisions in accordance with gurmata and after due consideration of all aspects of the issues.
