CHANDIGARH: Babbar Commando Force has appointed Bhai Mathura Singh as area commander for Mohali. Bhai Amrik Singh has been made area commander and Bhai Gurmail Singh Beja as his deputy. B.C.F. chief Gur Kirpal Singh in a statement he said that the Sikh struggle for Khalistan would continue until victory, He ridiculed chief minister Beant Singh’s call to Sikh militants to lay down arms and join the national mainstream of India. The Sikhs, Bhai Gur Kirpal Singh said, never accepted slavery, He, however, stressed the need for a bar of ideas along with the armed war. The B.C.F. paid tributes to Bhai Amrik Sigh Kauli, Bhai Gurdial Singh Kauli, Bhai Ranjit Singh Minibaba and Bhai Rachhpal Singh Chhandran who died in the recent past.
