LUDHIANA: Baba Joginder Singh, a Senior Akali leader and member of the unified Akali Dal’s presidium decided to file a suit in the court of law against N.S. Parwana a representative of “Hind Samechar” at Chandigarh. In a press report it was alleged that Baba had a meeting with former Chief Minister Surjit singh Barnala, Mr. Walia read out the statement of Baba Joginder Singh to the newsmen. He described the news as totally baseless and an attempt to defame him and his family in the eyes of the Panth.
