CHANDIGARH, India: Mr. SS. Khalon Assistant passport officer and Mr. Tirlochan Singh Public Relations officer of the passport office were charged ‘with issuing passports to Killers of Tait Makin and Geetanjli makin and General AS Vaidya on fictions names and addresses and then destroying the files according to the LR Filed with the police, a ‘copy of which has been filed by C.B.I in the Punjab Haryana High Court where bail application of Mr. Tirlochan Singh was heard on Nov. 18. The CBI registered a case against both Mr. Kahlon and ‘Mr Tirlochan Singh under section 4-1 of Terrorist and Disruptive Activities Act 1985. Earlier cases were registered against them along with four other Officials for possessing wealth disproportionate to their known sources of income.
