JAMMU: Ghulam Rasool Kar IKPCC President has asked the vigilance organization to arrest all those 200 IAS and IPS officers against whom corruption charges have been made. He alleged that these officers were indulging in high corruption besides being and in glove with antinational elements. Kar was addressing a near public meeting at Preet Nagar near Digiana here recently. Kar said that vigilance has already established corruption charges against 200 top ranking IAS and IPS officers but none has been booked so far. He demanded that these offices be arrested and punished under Kar however praised the Governor Gen (nid) K.V. Krishna Rao for his honesty but added that his working was a total failure, saying that administration has miserably failed to protect the common man and mitigate the people’s grievances. He alleged that advisors of the Governor were also indulging in corrupt practices and development works was at zero in this state. He charged the Government of misleading the Center about its developmental programs, The Secretary who was recently on a visit to J&K was not shown those places were developmental work has already stopped. He praised Jammu & Kashmir police for doing a marvellous job in the Valley saying that the credit of the improving situation in valley goes to JKP as it was the basic source of information for the security forces. He however criticized Jammu police for failing to nab the culprits involved in recent spate of Bomb blasts and asked the government to equip and strengthen it fully to meet the challenge posed by the militants and also sought the full cooperation of the people of Jammu in this regard.
