SRINAGAR: Indian Armymen raped 23 Kashmir Muslim women on the night of February 23 during search operations in Kunan village in Kupwara district the local Muslim media reported.
The Kupwara District Commissioner M.S. Yasin reported the incident to Divisional Commissioner Wajahat Habibullah after making an on-the-spot investigation.
The authorities in Delhi dismissed the incident as false and planted by anti-national elements to malign the security forces and wondered why the district commissioner should take ten days to register a case about this mass rape.
