CHANDIGARH: The Western Command Headquarters here have, meanwhile, categorically denied any involvement of their jawans in the Nehan incident, in which men of Himachal Pradesh police and Home Guards were beaten up by suspected Army jawans. Ruling out the hand of even the Central Command, an Amy spokesman said, “We have no information what so ever about it, which we would have had, even if the Central Command had carried out any such action.” Addressing a Press conference, on April 3, he instead accused the police of stage managing the entire event, the day Brig S.S.
