NEW DELHI: Union Minister for health and family welfare A.R. Antalay recently said that film star Sanjay Dutt should be released.
‘Addressing presspersons, Antulay said that every case under the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act that deserving a review regarding continuance of detention
should be reconsidered.
“Freedom of movement and freedom of life are the very soul of constitutional quality. We are governed by both the Constitution and the law made thereunder, irrespective of who ones and detained under whichever Act,” he said.
