NEW DELHI: Naresh Chandra, 2 former bureaucrat, who had been Glossily associated with politicians responsible for the operation “Blue Star” and other armed campaigns against Sikhs, is being mentioned as a Possible successor to S, S, Ray as India’s ambassador other USA, Ray had indicted a few weeks ago that he would like to join active politics by contesting an election and would like to be relieved by the end of February. Chandra is known as a rightwing Hindu fundamentalist. His services were ‘used by Rao on the eve of demolition of Baba Masjid also.
