Dear Khalsa Ji,

We take this opportunity to thank the Sikh cultural Society of New York for providing an occasion to the Sikhs living abroad to discuss the present political Situation in Punjab and to show their solidarity with the freedom fighters who are fighting for the attainment of a free independent and Sovereign State of Khalistan. Since July 1984 when World Sikh Organization was formed, New York has been in the forefront. It has again taken the lead in inviting all Sikh representives and Panthic organizations to decide on a course of action in the light of new developments in Punjab. This will help chart out policy decision to achieve the Sovereign State of Khalistan

The united voice of the Sikhs living abroad will put an end to the efforts of the vested political interests who intend to throttle the people’s verdict in favor of Khalistan.

It is the time to make use of this opportunity to get together at New York on January 27, 1990.

So we humbly make a fervent appeal to all the Sikh representatives and panthic organizations to attend this conference to project Panthic unity and to finalize a planned program of action to achieve our final goal of independence.
