NEW DELHI, India: Mr. Amarinder Singh, leader of Akali legislature group (Badal) in th Assembly condemned the State governments of Haryana and Himachal Pradesh and Delhi administration for not rising to the occasion to make adequate arrangements to safe guard the lives of Sikhs in their respective territories. He said that because of the bus incidents these governments could anticipate the trouble and could make adequate arrangements. But he regretted that nothing was done by these governments which could hardly be appreciated by the people. He particularly castigated the Himachal government for the irresponsible behavior of it administration.
He cited the case of D.CNahan who refused to provide protection in spite of the approach made to him by the Sikh passengers, travelling in the State at that time.
