NEW DELHE: The visiting Dutch Prime Minister, R.Lubbers, urged India, on Oct.2?, to give human rights organizations, including the International Red Cross, access to Kashmir so that they can assess for themselves the situation in the Valley.
Lubbers made this call to external Affairs Minister Dinesh Singh during the course of his visit to India in the last week of October.
