LIVINGSTON: The bhog of Akhand Path was performed in the memory of S. Mohindes Singh Sandhu on Sunday April SatGura Nanak Sikh Temple Livingston.
Mr. Mohinder Singh Sandhu 47 died March 21 in a tractor accident while he was working in the field in Merced.
Funeral Services were held Saturday at Fry Memorial Chapel 550 S. Central Ave in Tracy
Mohinder Singh a native of Punjab had lived in Merced for the Past five years after moving to United States from Punjab.
He is survived by his wife Kulbir Kaur Sandhu of India two daughters Manbir Kaur Sandha and Parminder Kaur Sandhu both of Punjab a son Banvir Singh Sandhu of Punjab a brother Sarwan Singh Sandhu of Canada and two sisters Surjit Kaur Hundal and Darshan Kaur Hundal both of Punjab.
Sandhus wife Kulbir Kaur managed to get the visa after getting this unfortunate news but US Consulate in Delhi refused to give visa to his children on the basis that they will try to settle in United States.
Mr. Sandhu was the son-in-law of S Pritam Singh Atwal of Tracy.
