Jagdeep Singh, an AISFF activist was granted asylum in the U.S. by the INS office of San Francisco, CA.

He was arrested by the Indian police on three separate occasions and subjected to severe torture beatings and mistreatment because of his activities in support of Khalistan. He showed his inability to return to India for fear of elimination by the police. Randhir Singh Kang, Attorney at Law represented Jagdeep Singh at the hearing of his case.
