WSN Service CHANDIGARH: The AISSF leader Rajinder Singh Mehta has appealed to the Soviet President Gorbachey and US President Bush to ensure human rights of Sikhs are protected. He also urged the two superpowers to help in achieving self-determination of Sikhs.
Bhai Mehta sent his messages through the Soviet and U.S ambassadors in Delhi. He released copies of the letters to the press,
In his letter to Gorbachev Mehta said human rights violations against Sikhs were rampant in India.
