LAGOS, Sept. 7, Reuter: Air India, which is attempting to gain the release of an airliner detained in Nigeria since August 25, was allowed on Monday to switch its case to the Federal High Court. The Airbus was impounded after customs officials said they found 32.5 kg (70 pounds) of hard
drugs on board. The company withdrew an affidavit filed last week with a special drugs tribunal and said it would! take the case to the Federal High Court instead.
