NEW DELHI: The Afghanistan Government has dismissed from service, Sultan Mehmud Dehdar, the first secretary, charged with indecent exposure before his neighbor last week. In a statement, the Afghanistan Embassy said that Dehdar has been recalled to his native country with immediate effect and has requested the Indian Government for his speedy deportation, The Afghan Government has decided to initiate criminal and judicial proceedings against him.
