NEW DELHI: Congress Seva Dal vice-chairman Harish Rawat has dissolved the Haryana and Delhi units of his organization.
This was announced by Dal spokesman Madhukant Shukla in a press release here” July 23.
Shukla said district chairman and chief organizers of the dal units in Haryana and Delhi had been asked to continue in their respective positions till alternative arrangements were made.
