Dr.Balwinder K.Brar Reader in Punjabi, Punjabi University Patiala is visiting the U.S.A. during May June 1991.
Dr Brar a lifelong resident of Patiala is an author of three books in Punjabi most notably:
1.‘Miti Na Phrale Jagia’ and 2. *Rooh Amran Tak Roi’.
These two books are about the feelings of mothers and sisters of those boys who are being killed by the irony of time in Punjab. At the present time she is writing another book ‘Jag Wich Seer.’ She is a member of the human rights group in Punjab protesting the imposition of censorship of the press.
