The Sikh leadership in our homeland has offered a good will gesture by offering medical para medical and other assistance to the American Embassy for the Gulf war (World Sikh News dated February 8 1991) We here in the land of our adoption can make a similar effort by holding blood donation camps to donate our blood for the troops fighting the Gulf War I suggest Sikh Organisations in general and Gurudwara Committees in particular should launch such an effort. We can prove our solidarity with the Americans with this good will gesture.
