JAMMU: Militant outfits plan a major offensive against the govt security forces in the valley within a week.
Informed sources revealed that different organisations were busy chalking out reorganization plans so that they could boost the current freedom struggle. Under the plan Hizbul Mujahideen is consolidating its strength and after bringing several Organisations under its umbrella, is considering linking up with the Bazarani Islam,
The Hizbul received a shot in the arun after Nazurul Islam, the chief of a splinter group decided to rejoin the parent Organisations.
The valley will now have two major fronts of militants, the Hizbul Mujahideen and its 6 sister organisations and the JKLF and SLF combine.
