I condemn in my strongest words the libelous letter written “allegedly” by Indian Foreign Ministry against the Jathedar Sri Akal Takht Sahib, This letter was baseless, fabricated and full of unfounded Propaganda.
I was appalled when I found out that G.S. Aulakh of the so called “Council of Khalistan” was distributing this letter and mailing it to all his clients at the expense of Sikh Sangat. What a disgusting attitude, ignorance of Sikh cardinal ethics and a malicious vendetta against the Jatha dar Sahib, Sri Akal Takht. Next he has a letter published in the World Sikh News. This letter was full of contradictions, false propaganda referring to the Indian Government letter, baseless assumptions and worst yet, and character assassination of the Jathedar Sahib. We know that Aulakh has falsely accused almost every Sikh organization and dedicated Sikhs, at one time or the other. We ignored him until now saying that he has a habit of complaining, criticizing and condemning without cause, Habits once formed are hard to break. This habit has caused irreparable damage to Sikh unity.
Now he has gone too far, by distributing the fabricated Indian Intelligence letter, he has shown his true colors. He will not be able to get by this time. Duly appointed Jathedar Sahib, Sri Akal Takht is the supreme Sikh authority; even emperors go there with folded hands. Cheap shots by Aulakh will not degrade that centuries old tradition. If he has personal grudge against Prof, Manjit Singh ji, he could have written a letter to him but this mudslinging in the press will not get him anywhere. The Jathedar Sahib is answerable to Guru Khalsa Panth. The Jathedar Sahib does not take orders from anybody or intimidation from any one. Aulakh owes me an apology to Sikh nation for his irresponsible act. I will highly appreciate Aulakh to lead Shantmai Morcha in Khalistan and liberate it, Bumper stickers, empty slogans and cheap talk have never liberated a nation with all fairness to The Jathedar Singh Sahib Prof. Manjit Singh Ji, the press has reported the following accomplishments: Uniting Akali factions, uniting Gurdwaras all over the world and directly linking them to the Akal Takht, implementing Sikh Rehat Maryada, helping Sikh Parcharaks to teach true essence of Sikhism, and being positive role model] for next generation. That is the reason he has become threat to ant Sikh elements. The present Jathedar Sahib is highly educated, talented, well versed in Gurbani and Sikh history and as articulate religious leader. He has impressed the Sangat wherever he went So far he has played a positive role, Anybody condemning such a nice person without any cause has to be vengeful, insensitive, and ignorant.
The Sikh nation will not be misled by frivolous propaganda anymore; an enquiry commission will reveal the facts soon. In the meantime, Sikh Sangat is requested to support Congressmen and senators directly who support Sikh freedom movement. We do not need any intermediaries or brokers to represent us who will disseminate anti Sikh propaganda and create disunity. Khalsa shall win by the grace of God as we believe in Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh. Harbans Singh, President WSOUSSA.
